Clay Seed Bombs | Native Wildflower Seed Bombs
Comes in a package of 4 seed bombs.
These seed bombs are currently available in two seed mixes: the meadow mix and ditch mix. Be sure to check the ingredients each time you place an order as the mix will slightly change with each new batch as seed stock changes!
Use the meadow bombs on sunny spots in your yard that could use a bit more life, or throw them responsibly into open, vacant spots such as the side of public roads. The ditch bombs contain seeds that thrive in wet soils and can be used in ditches, near ponds, and in swampy parts of your yard. Never throw seed bombs onto private property without the owner's consent!
For best results, partially depress the seed bomb into soil. The twine fuse serves as an indicator where you placed it (until it naturally biodegrades).
Most of these seeds require cold stratification, which will happen naturally over the winter after the bomb is dispersed by impact and weather. Seeing the full results will take a year or potentially longer.
