Meadow Mix Seed Paper | Native Wildflower Seed Paper
Comes in a package of 6 recycled seed papers of various shapes. The shapes are a surprise, but you can pick the paper type! Be sure to check the ingredients each time you place an order as the mix will slightly change with each new batch as seed stock changes.
For best results, germinate indoors by moistening the paper and placing in your fridge in a plastic container (tupperware or baggie) for 1-3 months or until you see some seeds sprouting. Check on the paper occasionally to ensure it's still moist. Some mold is okay, but excessive mold may spoil the seed paper. Prevent mold by adding a small amount (1 part disinfectant to 9 parts water) of bleach or hydrogen peroxide to the water you use the moisten the papers. Once sprouted, place the paper in your garden lightly buried - whole or broken into pieces.
Meadow mix ingredients: varying amounts of bee balm (Monarda fistulosa), hoary mountain mint (Pycnanthemum incanum), evening primrose (Oenothera biennis), purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), rattlesnake master (Eryngium yuccifolium), butterfly milkweed (Asclepias tuberosa), common milkweed (Asclepias syriaca), wild clematis (Clematis virginiana), Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta), gray-headed coneflower (Ratibida pinnata), and dense blazing star (Liatris spicata).
