Rattlesnake Master | Native Wildflower Seeds

Sustainably hand-harvested Eryngium yuccifolium seeds. Host plant to black swallowtail butterfly. Special importance for small native bees. Thrives best in full sunlight. Tolerant of a variety of soil types. Blooms July-September. Perennial. Up to 4 feet tall. Easily self seeds.

Rattlesnake master seeds require 2 months of cold, moist stratification before germination. This can be done naturally by leaving the seeds outside all winter, or artificially by refrigerating them in a moist paper towel until they sprout. Transfer the seeds to soil as soon as they sprout. 

Each packet contains approximately 250 seeds.
